iPhone and iPad Game Development for Dummies
In addition to teaching numerous courses on the technologies that we’re passionate about, such as mobile development, iPhone and iPad development, the Unity Game Engine, game design and REALbasic, Secret Lab are branching out into the world of technical writing.
While Secret Lab still specialises in offering in-depth training for beginners and professionals alike, with enough one-on-one assistance to be an expert at the end (we love to teach and talk to groups ranging from 1 to 1000), recently, we’ve been working on “iPhone and iPad Game Development for Dummies” with leading author and noted technologist, Neal Goldstein. We’re enormously proud and excited to be part of such an amazing series as the Dummies one!
The book is expected for release mid-2010, and can be pre-ordered on Amazon.

Secret Lab was privileged to have the opportunity to create a companion iPhone application for Tasmania’s premiere culinary celebration for 2009 – 2010. Secret Lab built a Taste Festival app that showcased the fabulous food stalls, wonderful entertainment events and beautiful photos and videos of the event.
Downloaded over 100,000 times by Tasmanians and visitors alike, the app was featured by Apple as New & Notable for the duration of the Taste Festival, and received positive coverage in both iTunes App Store reviews and local media, including The Mercury newspaper.
Secret Lab can bring your idea to life. All you need is a goal, and Secret Lab can work with you from start to finish to get your app from idea to iPhone and iPad
